Prenatal Visit
Prepare for your baby's arrival with a prenatal education visit. This visit will cover best practices for infant feeding and practical advice on how your birth and immediate postpartum care can support your breastfeeding goals. You'll also have a chance to discuss any questions or concerns you may have before your baby arrives.
1hr $150 *in person or virtual
Initial Lactation Visit
Begin your journey with an in person home visit. Visit includes a thorough intake and comprehensive feeding evaluation and plan.
Approx 2 hrs $250
Follow-Up Lactation Visit
Get continued support with follow-up visits, available in home or virtually. A follow up visit may also be appropriate when breastfeeding is already well established and a family is looking for support with issues like pumping, bottle/cup feeding, return to work plans, or weaning.

30 min follow up $75 *virtual only
All lactation visits include 48 hours of text/phone support for questions following your visit. More complex follow up support may require booking a follow up visit.

*In home visits include travel within 30 minutes of my home in Fridley, MN. An additional travel fee may be charged for visits outside this area.

Enhance your postpartum recovery with gentle bodywork focused on the unique needs of the postpartum individual. Bodywork is an additional service and must be combined with an in home lactation visit.
